Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a SAP Employee Central Specialist for one of their top local clients. This position will be a short-term stabilization project during a transition period. They will be responsible for ensuring continuity of operations, reduction of production defects, and successful knowledge transfer. This role is highly hands-on and focused on resolving active system issues in a live production environment. They will be responsible for stabilizing and supporting day to day benefits and payroll operations by troubleshooting EC and PlanSource configuration issues, resolving data sync failures, eligibility and life event errors, and addressing payroll and carrier feed discrepancies. This person will review and validate integrations, file transmissions, and APIs to prevent operational disruption while implementing short term remediation as needed. They will conduct configuration and documentation reviews to identify custom setups, technical debt, and risk areas, producing clear documentation, runbooks, and integration diagrams while partnering closely with stakeholders through knowledge transfer sessions, supporting critical payroll cycles and open enrollment readiness, and proactively escalating high risk issues to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience (hands-on configuration)
o Must be SAP SE certified
Direct experience troubleshooting:
o Eligibility rules
o Carrier feeds
o Payroll interfaces
o Integration failures
Experience working through vendor transitions
Experience operating in high-pressure production environments
Ability to independently diagnose and remediate issues
