The Global Travel Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the company’s global travel program, ensuring seamless booking, policy compliance, and issue resolution. This person will act as the primary SME for travel, partnering closely with Procurement, Finance, and senior stakeholders to maintain continuity as the organization transitions resources and potentially platforms.

On a daily basis, the role will manage operational travel bookings through third‑party providers, oversee the corporate card program, and support or lead the transition from Concur to a future platform. The manager will run training sessions for employees, troubleshoot escalated travel issues in real time, and provide hands‑on support without reliance on formal operating manuals, using policy knowledge and best practices to guide decisions. Regular in‑person collaboration in the Miami office will be expected to support leadership meetings and ensure smooth execution.
