Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Product Designer that will advance our Big 5 Banking client's digital personalization strategy by designing user-centric experiences informed by data, search intelligence, and audience behavior. This position is responsible for developing scalable, consistent, and accessible design solutions that leverage AI-enhanced search, SEO frameworks, and geo-based insights to deliver increasingly relevant digital interactions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in experience design, demonstrates curiosity about emerging technologies, and possesses the ability to translate complex personalization logic into clear and intuitive interfaces. This role requires a disciplined design approach, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional digital environment.

Key responsibilities

· Works independently, or with oversight from more senior product designers, on product design projects that are concisely defined or contain limited unknowns
· Applies best practices related to of AI-driven search, SEO-aligned information architecture, and GEO-aware design to inform design strategy and execution
· Collaborates effectively with cross-functional working teams
· Works on technical problems with small to large scope, asks questions to confirm and validate requirements to execute on deliverables
· Works on design problems with relatively small scope and asks questions to ensure they have all relevant information to create solutions
· Works closely with business partners on definition for ongoing projects
· Designs thoughtful, detailed end-to-end solutions
· Identifies appropriate deliverables for different stages of work
· Understands product development lifecycle and phases, as well as broader context of solutions
· Manages workload effectively across multiple projects
· Demonstrates understanding of broader organizational context and goals
· Proactively seeks and incorporates feedback from research, team and partners.
· Can coordinate efforts to ensure a good outcome
· Consistently produces designs with a high level of polish and sophistication
· Presents in a clear, confident manner, communicating decision-making rationale to team members and cross-functional stakeholders
· Shares skills and learnings with other team members
· Delivers clear and concise creative direction and feedback to other designers on the team
Participate in team activities and actively share their work and learnings
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in content strategy and UX writing, demonstrates curiosity about emerging technologies, and has the ability to translate complex personalization logic into straightforward, intuitive, and human‑centric content. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to
collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary digital environment.

• Strong attention to detail in using correct grammar, consistency, and following

• Listens to feedback and incorporates it appropriately with help from mentors /
Managers
• Works effectively with PM, content, design, development and other cross-functional partners to understand problem, goals and arrive at best solution

Required Skills & Experience

· 3+ years product/UX design experience
· Product design for web
· SEO experience
· Accessibility WCAG 2.1
· Headless CMS experience (Sanity, Drupal, Contentful)
· Experience using AI tools for content design (Co-Pilot, ChatGPT, other LLM)
· Proficiency in Figma
· Agile delivery experience
· Strong collaboration skills across diverse stakeholder groups
Excellent communication skills; dependable and proactive in driving clarity about user needs and business objectives
