Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Allegro CTRM Technical Support resource for one of their clients. This candidate will be taking on a live system. When tickets are open, they will need to go in and provide a solution to that issue. Will need to make sure the system is working, stay on top of system health, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

- Allegro ETRM functional knowledge (energy commodities, deal lifecycle, pricing/curves, risk measures)
o Energy Trading Business and Financial Risk Management process understanding
o Usage of Allegro tool and associated integration
- SQL and data troubleshooting (joins, reconciliation queries, data quality checks)
o C#
o SQL and data troubleshooting (joins, reconciliation queries, data quality checks)
o SQL server reporting services (SSRS) for report development
- Scheduling/automation tooling (batch schedulers), monitoring platforms, and ticketing tools
o ServiceNow/ITSM tool for ticket tracking/management
o Monitoring and Status reporting
o Coordination and training for Business user
- Monitor Allegro batch schedules/interfaces/integrations and upstream/downstream dependencies; investigate failures and coordinate recovery
- Support common Allegro operational domains
