Job Description
A company in the greater Kalamazoo area is looking for a Material Handler. This person will
be responsible for receiving incoming materials and ensuring proper storage and
movement throughout the warranty warehouse. This person will need to be able to follow
directions and work independently as well as with others to ensure efficient and safe flow
of materials throughout the warehouse. This will require the operation of a forklift as well as
the ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently
Pay Range: $20-25.50/hr depending on experience level
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing related environment
Familiar with inspection techniques and measurement tools
Comfortable driving a forklift
Able to work independently with little direction after training
Able to lift up to 30 lbs
