Overview
We are seeking a Manager, Digital Analytics who is deeply fluent in AI and excited to help transform how analytics teams operate. This role is ideal for someone who is AI‑native, passionate about automation, and eager to scale the impact of analytics across the organization.
You will modernize the analytics function by building agentic workflows, implementing AI tooling, and converting traditional dashboard‑based insights into automated, scalable systems. You’ll also develop predictive models that empower teams to target and optimize campaigns with greater precision.

Required Skills & Experience

Support the strategy, development, execution, and measurement of data‑driven product launches and customer initiatives across multiple digital channels.
Leverage a diverse set of technical tools—including AI, machine learning, and LLM‑driven workflows—to derive deep, actionable insights from product, loyalty, and transactional data.
Scope, develop, and maintain analytical dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and inform strategic decision‑making.
Conduct deep dives into customer data across a wide range of owned and digital channels to support growth product planning.
Develop and apply AI‑driven tools to accelerate analytics and drive measurable business outcomes.
Automate and scale analytical processes to improve throughput and reduce manual effort, leveraging AI and advanced tooling.
Build agentic flows and automation pipelines using modern ML/AI frameworks.
Implement and operationalize AI tools and platforms, collaborating with technical partners and engineering teams.
Develop and deploy predictive models to support campaign targeting, segmentation, and optimization.
Must‑Have Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent technical experience.
3+ years of hands‑on experience in an analytical role with tools such as BigQuery, Python/R, Snowplow, Omniture, GA, Excel, etc.
1+ years working with digital data (raw backend event/clickstream data) to support product and customer insights.
Material experience with AI, machine learning, LLMs, and/or agentic workflows to drive business outcomes.
Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
Ability to generate meaningful customer insights from large, complex datasets.
Experience leveraging AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows to automate processes and develop actionable insights.
Comfortable with data storytelling and building compelling dashboards using Looker, Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Previous experience working with digital analytics data to understand customer journeys and inform business planning.
Naturally curious, driven to uncover the “why,” and unafraid to dive deep into data.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience in retail analytics—especially loyalty—is an asset.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms and MLOps workflows.
Experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or digital performance measurement.
Background in predictive modeling for marketing or campaign optimization
