Job Description
As our client's Product Manager, AI Solutions and Design, you will lead the strategic development and implementation of generative AI technologies to enhance our firm’s legal and administrative services. Your primary responsibility will be to define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and legal experts, to drive product development from concept to launch. By championing the effective integration of AI technologies, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering exceptional value to our clients. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a strong ability to communicate the benefits of AI-driven solutions within the firm. Duties include the below:
-Develop and execute a forward-looking AI innovation roadmap aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives and client service goals.
-Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI solutions that can enhance workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and elevate client experiences.
-Lead ideation sessions and design sprints with cross-functional stakeholders to conceptualize new AI-driven tools and prototypes.
-Gather and analyze user requirements from attorneys and staff to inform the design of effective, user-centric AI solutions.
-Engage developers, data scientists, and legal subject matter experts to design, build, and refine AI applications and automations that address real-world legal and operational challenges.
-Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concepts, ensuring tools are rigorously tested, iteratively improved, and effectively deployed across the firm.
-Collaborate with the Office of General Counsel and compliance teams to ensure all AI tools meet ethical, security, and regulatory standards.
-Maintain a pipeline of emerging AI technologies, assessing their potential for internal use or client service innovation.
Serve as a bridge between legal professionals and technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
-Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external technology partners to accelerate tool creation and deployment.
-Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to highlight the firm’s innovation initiatives to clients and industry peers.
-Feedback, Evaluation, and Continuous Improvement.
-Establish and maintain mechanisms for gathering user feedback and performance metrics on AI tools.
-Use data and qualitative input to refine existing tools, inform future development, and drive continuous improvement.
-Promote a culture of experimentation, encouraging teams to propose and pilot new ideas leveraging AI and automation.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree required.
-5+ years of experience in legal services, technology innovation, or a related field, with a strong understanding of AI applications in legal contexts.
-Background as a paralegal, attorney, or other legal professional strongly preferred, with a deep understanding of legal workflows, document management, and client service delivery.
-Proven ability to drive change and inspire others through innovative thinking and effective communication.
-Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with AI technologies and tools.
