Job Description
The Supply Chain Analyst serves as an integral member of the Supply Chain Planning and Management team, with responsibilities for supply management, analytic insights, and the execution and support of core supply chain processes. This position plays a critical role in answering data driven questions, supporting inventory operations, and driving process improvement where opportunities exist.

Required Skills & Experience
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform key functions that drive strong inventory health related to purchase requisition reviews, governance of inbound supply and product catalog management.
• Clearly communicate gaps, opportunities, and improvements.
• Produce reporting, interpret stakeholder requests to define requirements, manage work independently in alignment with established timelines and goals, and provide consistent updates to leadership.
• Monitor and maintain spreadsheets and systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Effectively leverage ERP, inventory management, and reporting systems to deliver insights that support data-drive decision making.
• Provide cross-functional support to help drive success across the supply chain organization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Excel – Advanced Excel skills are fundamental for data analysis, reporting and manipulation. (3-5 years’ experience).
• Experience navigating relational datasets and “storytelling” with data inferences and visualizations.
• Ability to translate requests to requirements, provide status updates, and deliver results with clear communication to leadership and end users.
• Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communications skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, working efficiently and effectively under deadlines.
• Collect, clean and analyze large datasets related to inventory, supplier performance, logistics and other aspects of supply chain.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplined teams.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain fundamentals, concepts and best practices.
• Attention to detail, in-depth understanding of delivery process and exceptional analytical skills.
Required Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or other related fields or relevant years of experience.
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
• Business analysis, planning and reporting experience - 3-4
• Experience preparing reconciliations of differing data sets – 3-4
• Experience as a project lead or major contributor – 1-2
• Experience with presentation material creation, meeting facilitation, and note taking – 3-4

• Exposure to project management practices, including task coordination, timeline tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience building, enhancing, or automating reports to support business processes.

• Reporting experience (Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Business Objects)
• Business tool experience (Sharepoint, Asana, SAP)
• Project tool experience (Jira, Rally, Confluence, Power Automate)
• Excel modeling experience
