BCG’s AI Factory is seeking exceptional AI-native builders - true doers who ship production-ready solutions that transform consulting delivery at scale. We are not looking for requirement gatherers or theoretical strategists. We are looking for thought partners and state-of-the-art executors who can break apart complex workflows, identify leverage points, and rapidly deploy AI-powered agents, tools, and services adopted across the firm.

BCG’s AI Factory is seeking highly execution-oriented builders to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled tools, agents, and workflows that scale across consulting delivery. This contractor role focuses on shipping working artifacts, iterating quickly, and operating effectively in ambiguous environments.

Evidence of adoption or measurable impact
Applied GenAI Experience
Hands-on experience with Claude / Markdown-based development
Experience building agents, workflows, or automation tools
Comfort experimenting with emerging AI tooling
Product + Execution Hybrid
Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into concrete builds
Comfort operating without rigid requirements
Bias toward experimentation over documentation
