SAP WMS Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP WMS Project Manager to lead and deliver Warehouse Management System implementations within SAP, managing end to end project execution from initiation through deployment and stabilization. This role partners closely with cross functional and global teams—including warehouse operations, material handlers, manufacturing floor teams, IT, and India based stakeholders—to ensure alignment between business and technical objectives. The Project Manager develops and manages detailed project plans using MS Project; maintains and reports on RAID logs, RAG status, and action trackers; proactively identifies and mitigates risks; and ensures delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires strong expertise in SAP WMS functionality and the implementation lifecycle, including leading testing strategies (unit, integration, UAT), defect management, cutover planning, go live readiness, and post go live stabilization. The Project Manager is also responsible for driving change management initiatives, supporting training strategy and material development, ensuring high quality documentation such as SOPs and functional specifications, and driving user adoption of new processes and system functionality. Success in this role requires the ability to facilitate large meetings and workshops, prepare executive level communications and presentations, document decisions and outcomes clearly, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels through strong communication and collaboration skills.

• 3–5+ years of SAP WMS implementation experience
• Proven experience managing ERP or large scale system implementations
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, SOPs, documentation, and training best practices
• Expert knowledge of project management tools including MS Project, PowerPoint, RAID logs, RAG reporting, and action trackers
• Experience facilitating cross functional and global teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly connect with staff, relationship builder and clear communicator.

• PMP certification
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Pharma/Life Sciences background
