Job Description
The Inventory/Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing inventory levels, organizing warehouse spaces, and ensuring efficient stock movement. This role involves conducting equipment inventories, collecting data, coordinating with movers, and lifting items weighing approximately 25 lbs. The position will combine warehouse management with material control. Additional key responsibilities include:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory items.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
- Organize and label inventory in designated storage areas.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits.
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Identify and report damaged or expired items.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
