Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead projects that support the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of operational and maintenance functions. This role requires someone who excels at collaboration, builds strong relationships across teams, and brings structure and clarity to ongoing operational work. You’ll help develop plans, drive execution, and ensure teams stay aligned on priorities and deliverables.
• Manage operations and maintenance focused projects from planning through execution
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Develop project plans, schedules, and documentation to support operational initiatives
• Coordinate resources, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions to leadership and stakeholders
• Support ongoing maintenance programs and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–7 years of project management in an enterprise level environment
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams
• Experience developing project plans, timelines, and structured workflows
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, or similar)
• Experience in operations, facilities, maintenance programs, or related environments
• Comfort working with data to support decision making and reporting
