Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large scale, strategic, and often ambiguous programs across the organization. This role requires strong relationship building skills, the ability to bring structure to complex initiatives, and the confidence to hold senior stakeholders accountable while maintaining trust and partnership.
• Lead and manage large, enterprise level programs from initiation through delivery
• Navigate ambiguous or off track projects, establishing clarity, expectations, and accountability
• Build strong relationships with VPs, senior leadership, and cross functional teams
• Provide strategic oversight, assign ownership, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Deliver clear, consistent reporting to leadership
• Manage 1–3 concurrent projects with varying complexity
• Oversee financial reporting, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Promote a growth mindset across the project management team
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, system implementation standards, and upgrade best practices

• Taking ownership of projects that may be off track and resetting expectations
• Holding senior leaders accountable while maintaining strong, positive relationships
• Ensuring scope discipline and pushing back appropriately when needed

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of project management experience in an enterprise level environment
• Strong background in IT/technology, including SDLC, system implementations, and application upgrades
• Experience in internal program management within a large organization
• Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and elevate other project managers
• PMP and SAFe Agilist certifications

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working in both predictive (waterfall) and Agile environments
• Familiarity with Planview or other PPM tools
