Job Description
The Construction Foreman is responsible for supervising daily job site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role serves as the critical link between the field crews and the project team by directing labor, interpreting construction plans, coordinating materials, and ensuring quality and safety compliance. The Foreman / Lead plays a hands‑on leadership role, providing guidance, training, and accountability across the job site.
Responsibilities and Duties
Understand and execute the scope of work, construction schedule, detailed plans, and construction sequences for all assigned projects
Review project scope, schedules, and plan details with assigned crews to ensure priorities, responsibilities, and timelines are clearly understood
Supervise and direct daily field operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met
Take field measurements as required and communicate findings to the project team
Attend superintendent meetings as requested and relay key information to your supervisor and crew
Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members
Monitor crew performance and report any issues, concerns, or corrective actions to your immediate supervisor
Identify and report RFIs, change orders, and T&M work in a timely manner
Complete all required reports, documentation, and paperwork accurately and on time
Respond promptly to all internal communications (emails, texts, tasks, etc.)
Ensure tools, machines, and equipment are properly maintained, accounted for, and in safe working condition
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site at all times
Salary for this role is $75,000-$100,000.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of construction experience, preferably in a leadership or foreman role
Welding experience (hands‑on and job‑site applicable)
Construction background with strong knowledge of job site operations and workflows
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Working knowledge of safety standards and job site compliance
