Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Logistics Coordinators to join the team of a leading third‑party logistics company. These individuals will support all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including billing, documentation, labeling, and shipment coordination.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage LTL shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of bulk goods
• Process outbound orders efficiently and accurately
• Scan and send BOLs and COAs to clients or consignees as needed
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to arrange transportation and resolve issues
• Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Optimize transportation routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork
• Track and analyze shipment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and applicable regulations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and client support

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation
• 1–2 years of third‑party logistics (3PL) experience
• WMS experience required, including responsibilities beyond dispatching, such as:
○ Processing and entering inbound and outbound shipments in a WMS
○ Printing Bills of Lading (BOLs) and pick tickets
○ Creating and marking labels
○ Printing Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High level of professionalism
Demonstrated longevity and commitment to a long‑term role

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Accellos WMS
