Senior Designer

nsight Global is seeking a designer who can transform complex strategic ideas into clear, compelling, and beautifully crafted executive‑ready presentations. In this role, you’ll elevate and adapt existing materials, build scalable presentation systems, and collaborate closely with Strategy, Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure every narrative is modern, cohesive, and visually exceptional. Required Experience & Skills ● 5+ years of experience in digital design, brand, or presentation design within a high-performance organization ● Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma ● Experience creating motion and video assets using tools like After Effects, Jitter, or similar tools ● Strong visual storytelling ability — can distill complex inputs into clear, succinct, executive-friendly narratives ● Experience building reusable templates and scalable presentation systems ● Deep understanding of typography, layout, information hierarchy, and modern design systems ● Comfortable working directly with senior leaders and translating ambiguous requests into polished outputs ● Strong attention to detail with the ability to move quickly under tight timelines ● Experience collaborating cross-functionally with strategy, product, engineering, and marketing teams
