Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a gynecology pathologist to join a collaborative team of gynecologic pathology specialists to deliver accurate, timely, and clinically meaningful diagnostic interpretations across a high-volume and diverse caseload of gynecologic specimens, including routine biopsies, cytology specimens, and complex oncologic resections. The role involves close correlation of histopathologic findings with clinical history, imaging, and ancillary studies to ensure optimal diagnostic precision. The pathologist will actively participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical conferences, presenting cases and collaborating closely with gynecologic oncologists, radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, radiologists, and other care team members to guide treatment planning and improve patient outcomes. Additional daily activities include consultation on challenging cases, contribution to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives, and engagement in teaching and mentoring of residents, fellows, and laboratory staff, as well as staying current with evolving diagnostic criteria and advances in gynecologic pathology.

Required Skills & Experience

M.D. or D.O. with specialization in Gynecology
Board certification in Clinical or Anatomic Pathology
Must have completed their fellowship in Surgical or Gynecologic Pathology
Eligible to get medically licensed in Kansas and Missouri (or current licensure in these states)

Currently medically licensed in Kansas and/or Missouri
Local to the KC metro
