Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.

• Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.

• Networking: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.

• Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

o 5+ years’ proven experience as a recruiter, at least 3 years recruiting for IT positions.

o Demonstrated ability to direct source IT talent with niche requirements using LinkedIn or other sources.

o Experience with stakeholder engagement and providing regular, timely updates to hiring managers, HR and candidates.

o Preferred experience recruiting for a large corporation.

Skills:

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.

o Excellent organizational, prioritization and time-management abilities.

o Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. (Workday is a plus – ATS we use)

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
