Job Description
Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Helpdesk support out of St. Louis, Missouri. This person will be the first line of support for end users and understand customers’ objectives and business requirements in order to support change initiatives and solutions. This role has a specific focus on Teamcenter PLM configuration/implementation as well as upgrades and testing. This Helpdesk specialist must be onsite in St Louis, Missouri 5 days a week.
Compensation:
$30 hr to $35/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- BS degree in Mechanical and/or Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or 8 years of experience
-Experience working in a customer facing Helpdesk/Support environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with implementing/supporting Teamcenter solutions or similar products, such as Enovia, ePMD, Windchill, Aras Innovator or Agile is desirable.
