Job Description
Our client is seeking an AP Specialist to assist with system cleanup as they prepare to migrate from Premier, Remitra Procure to Pay to Workday. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Work on old invoices, POs, to get as much resolved before move to workday. Several millions of dollars.
• Perform analytical tasks on excel to work through large data sets
• Conduct monthly 1099 audits
• Vet suppliers and assist in adding vendors as well as cleaning up the vendor master
• Analyze and audit weekly payment runs
• Meticulously and accurately enter data
• Assist director with monthly departmental production statistics and annual budget

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years of accounts payable experience
• Experience with data analytics and data cleansing, with large data sets on excel
• Experience with 1099 audits and payment analysis
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong Excel (v-looks up, pivot table)
• Proactive, Go getter
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Premier AP, Remitra (Optimal Character Recognition)
• College Degree
• Workday
