Job Description
Our telecom client is standing up a UAT Automation capability to support complex customer journeys across several digital channels and platforms. This role requires a senior, hands on UAT leader with strong product experience, capable of understanding business intent, translating product requirements into executable test coverage, and validating end to end customer and order flows.
This individual will step directly into existing manual UAT execution, partner closely with Product Owners and Development, and help evolve the UAT function through better structure, optimization, and early automation foundations.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-7 years of experience in UAT / User Acceptance Testing
• Demonstrated product experience, including:
- Working directly with Product Owners
- Interpreting business and product requirements
- Understanding end to end customer journeys
• Hands on manual testing experience across web, mobile, and IVR platforms
• Proven ability to validate end to end order and fulfillment flows
• Strong test case design and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with Product, Business, and Development teams
• High attention to detail and comfort operating in complex environments
