Job Description
We are searching for a Construction Quality Assurance Inspector to support vertical construction work at Fort Benning, GA. This individual will be supporting projects including barracks renovation and new construction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review contractors' quality management and control procedures on large military installations and report findings to the Contracting Officer's Representative.
- Attend and participate in the 3-Phase Inspection process.
- Observe and investigate construction to identify major problems and report
findings to the Contracting Officer's Representative.
- Evaluate contractor questions and RFIs/RFCs and recommend solutions to the
Contracting Officer's Representative.
- Assist Contracting Officer's Representative in drafting letters to contractor explaining deficiencies found and corrections necessary.
- Review contractor’s records of work accomplished, and materials used and report findings to the Contracting Officer's Representative.

Required Skills & Experience
20 years of experience in construction management with experience on US Army Corps of Engineer Contracts
Must be familiar with the three-phase inspection process
Must be CQM or CQM-C certified with RMS familiarity
