Job Description

The client is transforming kidney care by improving outcomes, reducing costs, and building innovative, value‑based healthcare solutions.

They are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product development initiatives across healthcare insurance and clinical applications. This individual will drive product lifecycle strategy, lead cross‑functional teams, and push complex initiatives forward in a fast‑moving environment.
This is a consulting engagement with the potential for long‑term impact, offering flexibility in location and strong leadership visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

-Own and lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, from concept through development, launch, and optimization
-Drive product development efforts across healthcare insurance and clinical application platforms
-Lead and facilitate organizational product meetings, aligning stakeholders and ensuring execution against timelines
-Act as the subject matter expert on assigned products, deeply understanding both the technical and business context
-Pull together cross‑functional teams (engineering, clinical, operations, and leadership) to move initiatives forward
-Provide clear direction, guidance, and momentum to ensure product milestones are met
-Partner with leadership to define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics
-Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
-Push projects forward proactively while maintaining strong relationships and team morale

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with demonstrated ownership of full product lifecycle management
• Strong background in healthcare insurance, payer environments, or value‑based care models
• Experience working as a consultant within healthcare insurance and/or clinical application development
• Proven leadership experience guiding teams and influencing without authority
• Experience working in or with large enterprise / Fortune 500 organizations/ Preferred backgrounds include companies such as UnitedHealthcare, Deloitte, Athenahealth, or similar
