Job Description
The Bander is responsible for securing solar panels by banding product off inbound trucks and wrapping banding through pallets to ensure safe and stable handling. This role works as part of a team of four banders per shift to efficiently process materials and maintain workflow. They will also be responsible to audit pallets by checking for damage or replacing boards. During slower periods, the Bander will support general warehouse operations, including sweeping, picking, and other assigned tasks. This contract role offers an opportunity to demonstrate strong work ethic and teamwork, with the goal of supporting long-term growth and advancement within DHL after the contract period.
