Job Description
The Health Cloud Architect will provide technical leadership for ongoing enhancements to a mature Salesforce Health Cloud platform supporting affiliated provider management. This role will ensure scalable architecture, strong governance, and alignment across workflow automation, reporting, and integration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Define solution architecture for Health Cloud enhancements and expansion initiatives
• Guide design of workflow management, automation, engagement notebooks, and reporting capabilities
• Establish integration patterns and API strategy in partnership with MuleSoft teams
• Ensure data model integrity, performance optimization, and platform scalability
• Provide design oversight across dashboards, IPA reporting, and insights driven features
• Lead architecture reviews and enforce development standards
• Support roadmap planning and technical estimation

Required Skills & Experience
• 8 to 12 years of Salesforce experience with deep Health Cloud expertise
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns
• Experience leading complex enhancement programs on mature Salesforce platforms
• Knowledge of healthcare provider engagement workflows preferred
