Job Summary
Insight Global is looking for a mid-level Brand Designer to help shape and scale a unified global brand as the company continues to grow. This designer will translate brand strategy into consistent, high-quality design work across print, digital, experiential, presentations, and branded merchandise, while also supporting brand governance, templates/toolkits, and brand enablement systems like Brand Central and a Digital Asset Management library. You’ll partner closely with the Brand Design & Creative Strategy Lead, cross-functional marketing/communications partners, and external agencies to ensure the brand shows up consistently and creatively across touchpoints. 100% remote, EST/CST time zone preferred, 30-35 hour work weeks.
Day-to-Day / Responsibilities
• Concept and design brand work across print, digital, experiential, presentations, events, and merchandise
• Support brand campaigns and key initiatives that express the company's identity
• Ensure deliverables align with brand standards and visual identity guidelines
• Provide brand guidance/feedback to internal teams and external partners (creative + governance balance)
• Create and maintain brand assets, templates, guidelines, and toolkits
• Manage and update internal system to keep tools/resources current and accessible
• Support/optimize the Digital Asset Management system (onboarding new assets, archiving outdated materials)
• Monitor the Brand mailbox and provide consultation support for brand questions
• Partner with vendors/internal teams to manage timelines, approvals, and issue resolution for branded merchandise
• Support design/coordination of branded event experiences with consistent quality and execution

Required Skills & Experience
Must Have Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Proven experience in brand design / visual communication / graphic design in a corporate or agency environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) + PowerPoint as a design tool
• Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and print/digital production processes
• Strong portfolio required demonstrating brand systems + visual storytelling
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners (marketing/communications/business units) and external agencies
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and tight timelines
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses / Nice to Have Skill Sets
• Copywriting experience or interest
• 4+ years supporting brand development/management within a large org or creative agency
• Familiarity with Canva or browser-based design/template tools
• Experience with Digital Asset Management systems and structured file management
• Experience supporting brand governance (guidelines, toolkits, templates) and centralized brand resources (e.g., “Brand Central”)
• Prior work supporting branded merchandise workflows (vendors, approvals, high-volume ordering)
• Passion/interest in sustainability and purpose-driven brands
