Job Description
The Senior Leader of Talent Acquisition is a strategic business partner responsible for leading all recruitment activities for the organization. This role owns the end-to-end talent acquisition function, encompassing both high-volume and salaried recruiting below the director level. As the architect of the organization’s recruiting infrastructure, this leader will design, implement, and continuously evolve all recruiting processes, systems, and strategies while managing a team of recruiting professionals. This position requires a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, financial acumen, and change management expertise to attract, engage, and hire top talent that drives organizational success.
- Needs to be able/willing to actively recruit
- Leading a team of both salaried and hourly recruiters
- Help with approving the recruiting function within the organization – previous experience of this is needed!
145K - 160K depending on years of experience

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing recruiting teams
- Proven track record of managing both high-volume and professional/salaried recruiting in organizations of 1,000+ employees
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing recruiting processes, systems, and strategies at scale
- Strong background in ATS administration and integration, with experience implementing or upgrading recruiting technology platforms
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment – think private equity or start up environment.
- Able to collaborate and think on the go
