Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional technology initiatives supporting Supply Chain Planning and ERP/boundary system integrations. The Scrum Master will enable high-performing teams by facilitating core Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, managing dependencies, and driving continuous improvement using Agile and flow metrics. This role partners closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to improve delivery predictability, transparency, and value realization.
Key Responsibilities (High Necessity)
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure sprint goals are realistic, clearly understood, and protected from scope disruption.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments, proactively managing cross-team and cross-function dependencies.
• Partner with the Product Owner to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and value delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement using Agile and flow metrics (cycle time, throughput, WIP).
• Improve transparency of delivery status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes for business stakeholders.
• Support alignment with supply chain planning cycles, forecasting cadences, and EPM/release timelines.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments. (High)
• Proven ability to improve delivery predictability and reduce cycle time through disciplined Agile practices and metrics. (High)
• Strong ability to coach teams and leaders on Agile mindset, roles, and practices; ability to coach multiple teams. (High)
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills. (High)
• Experience supporting or delivering work involving ERP integration and boundary systems. (High)
Tools & Agile Artifacts (Critical)
• Expertise with Agile tooling and Agile artifact production, including:
o Jira, Confluence, and Jira Discovery
o Creating and maintaining Agile artifacts such as sprint plans, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, dashboards, delivery reports, and retrospectives outputs. (Critical)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Supply Chain Planning applications such as Kinaxis (and similar platforms). (Preferred)
• Familiarity with planning processes (demand/supply planning, forecasting cycles) and how they influence product delivery and release schedules.
