Job Description
• Perform information security audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with healthcare regulations and security frameworks
• Test and validate security controls to ensure effectiveness and identify gaps or vulnerabilities
• Support enterprise risk assessments and remediation planning efforts
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to review controls, document findings, and recommend improvements
• Assist in maintaining compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and related federal and state regulations
• Contribute to audit documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of security and compliance processes

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in information security auditing
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related fields.
• Positive and collaborative spirit- with some team lead exposure
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, HCISPP, or HITRUST CCSFP
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and NIST SP 800-53 or HITRUST CSF frameworks.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and security control testing.
