Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a OpenText system analyst. The Systems Analyst designs, develops, and supports applications of moderate complexity, working from defined specifications and within established SDLC processes. This role provides primary and secondary support for one or more niche, core, or mission critical applications, including participation in a 24x7 support model. The analyst collaborates with application development, support, and project teams; and integrates software packages; and works with vendors as needed. Responsibilities also include producing technical documentation, estimates, and deliverables. They will maintain knowledge of relevant business processes and technologies. This is an operational role that is supporting the day to day operations of the Opentext systems.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, mathematics, Information systems or related
-3+ years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
-3+ years of experience working with/ supporting Opentext software systems
-Experience with Opentext archive center, content server, and Vendor invoice management
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with SAP
-Experience with Opentext Exstream
-Development experience with APIs
