Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Bilingual Research Project Coordinator to support a large, multi‑phase clinical research study based in New York City. This remote role, with a preference for candidates to be local to the Tri‑State area. Day to day, the coordinator will work closely with a small core team, and collaborating across multiple internal study program teams to manage requests and priorities. Responsibilities include translating, reviewing, and editing Spanish‑language recruitment and retention materials, participant letters, study updates, and web content, ensuring all materials align with established editorial, branding, and English & Spanish‑specific style guides. The role requires comfort translating complex medical language into clear, plain language suitable for a general audience, adhering to preferred terminology and tone while maintaining clinical accuracy. In addition to translation and communications support, the coordinator will assist with light project management tasks such as tracking deliverables, coordinating timelines, and supporting shared tools like SharePoint or similar platforms, as well as editing PDFs using Adobe. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, communications, or a related field, at least two years of research coordination or research assistant experience, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, fluency in written Spanish, and experience working with medical or healthcare content across research studies.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a research coordinator, research assistant, or similar research support role. Fluency in written Spanish (professional translation experience required). Experience working with medical or healthcare content. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using Adobe tools to edit PDFs

Experience with project management software - SharePoint Lists. Background in communication.
