Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to support a statewide information security program by ensuring quality control of deliverables, documenting program plans and progress, and partnering with the Program Manager. This role will assess agency and statewide security controls, track and resolve assessment issues, document and present results to leadership, gather requirements for program improvements, and develop policy, process, and procedural documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of Business Analysis experience
• Technical Writing Experience
• Ability to create effective and clear process flows/similar diagrams in PowerPoint or Visio
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Simultaneously manage multiple reporting requirements.
• Schedule management and planning skills.
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance projects.
• Experience with technical SOP documentation and graphic creation in Visio
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Writing
