Job Description
As the Director of Supply Chain, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, demand planning, and distribution. You will be responsible for maximizing efficiency of SKU selection, planning, forecasting, purchasing, reporting, and inventory management across all lines of business. Your leadership will ensure delivery on commitments to efficiency, service excellence, and innovation.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL PROCURE FOR C SPIRE:
1. Wireless inventory goods (phones, etc.)
2. Materials that help build/maintain the network (routers, switches, etc)
3. Cost savings replenishments (office supplies, waste management, printers, etc)

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience in managing, planning, purchasing, and/or supply chain management
• Proven experience leading and supervising a team
• Negotiation experience (want someone to come in and negotiate the best terms possible)
• Experience in optimizing data to make good purchasing decisions** ask about this and they would love to hear examples**
• Proficient in Excel/ Word/ MS Office
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Oracle fusion
• Experience with AI initiatives
• Telecom background
• Comes from the food industry
• Professional certifications such as Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or similar
