Job Description

A leading healthcare system in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Recruiter to join their TA team for a 6 month contract for their clinical needs. These roles include RN's, ORN's, Scrub Techs, OR Techs, etc. This person should have the ability to handle 60-80 open positions at a time, and be able to follow the full recruiting life cycle including first call to scheduling to offer and onboarding. They will be working closely with the business partners and giving proactive updates on how their recruiting is going. This individual needs experience with recruiting software and platforms for applicant tracking systems. Ideally this individual is onsite at the Jupiter location 5x a week.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Bachelors' Degree
2. 5+ years' of clinical recruiting from an agency background or healthcare background
3. Able to handle 25-40 positions at a time
4. Ability to use candidate tracking software
5. Previous track record of hiring clinical skillsets at large volumes
