Role Overview
We are seeking an outgoing and reliable Event Assistant to support a fencing company’s booth during a two‑weekend home convention. You’ll greet attendees, share basic product information, and assist the team with lead capture and booth operations.
Responsibilities
Welcome attendees and engage them in brief product conversations
Direct qualified leads to sales reps
Capture attendee information and help schedule follow-ups
Assist with booth setup, teardown, and maintaining a clean display
Support raffles, promotions, and general booth activity

Saturday, 2/28
Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Hours: 8
Sunday, 3/1
Shift: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 7
Weekend 2
Friday, 3/6
Shift: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday, 3/7

Professional, friendly, and reliable
Ability to stand for long periods
Must be available for all scheduled event hours
Prior event, retail, or customer-service experience is a plus
