Insight Global is seeking a Machine Shop Laborer to support the machine shop operations of one of our clients specializing in humanoid robotics. This contract role will provide hands‑on support to machinists, assist with raw material inventory, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and operate and maintain 3D printers. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail‑oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment.

Required Skills & Experience
Skills and Requirements:
- Hands‑on 3D Printing Experience (2–3+ years)
- Preventive Maintenance of 3D Machines and Shop Safety
- Mechanical Aptitude & Low Level Shop Experience
- Reliability & Attention to Detail
- Technical & Computer Basic/ Ability to work with ticketing system that they will be taught how to use
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand, move between workstations, and perform repetitive tasks
- Able to lift 40–50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working near running machinery and moderate noise (with PPE)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Hands‑on machine shop or mechanical experience
- Experience with machine prep, cutting, drill pressing, and installing inserts
- Understanding of heat tolerances, threads, and metric measurements
- Willingness to take initiative to keep the work shop clean and tidy after daily operations
