Job Description
This is a Principal / Senior Integration Architect role—not a pure developer position. The role is hands-on enough to build proofs of concept and guide implementation, but the primary value is in solution design, modernization leadership, and cross‑functional enablement.
The ideal candidate excels at analyzing complex ecosystems, scoping modernization initiatives, and embedding with delivery teams to guide change—not throwing designs over the wall. This role partners deeply with business stakeholders to translate outcomes into scalable, event‑driven, API‑first architectures across commerce, product, pricing, and supply chain domains.
Application & Platform Modernization
Scope, plan, and design initiatives to modernize legacy systems
Simplify and modernize existing application landscapes
Drive containerization and modernization of development and delivery practices
Product & Commerce Enablement
Design and modernize product catalog flows (e.g., PIM → syndication → SFCC, ERP)
Support merchandising systems and processes
Design and implement SFCC integrations
Lead pricing modernization, including centralized pricing management and auditable distribution across channels
Business Analysis & Outcomes
Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, constraints, and expected outcomes
Translate business objectives into clear, scalable technical solutions
Ensure modernization efforts deliver measurable business value—not just replatforming
Integration & Digital Experience
Design integrations between Microsoft 365 and customer‑facing digital platforms
Embed business processes and auditability into integration workflows
Ensure integrations are resilient, observable, and scalable
Architecture & Engineering Practices
Define and evolve event‑driven architecture standards
Develop and deliver API suites aligned to business capabilities
Deliver proofs of concept to validate tools, patterns, and architectural approaches
Influence engineering practices and delivery cycles toward modern, scalable approaches
Ownership & Enablement
Own delivery outcomes for assigned initiatives
Take responsibility for system scalability and reliability
Work alongside teams—living with the decisions, not just defining them
Support integration and modernization efforts within supply chain and logistics
