Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Revenue Integrity Supervisor to support the Revenue Integrity department and will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and implementing claim edits, denials, charge capture. and subject matter expert on all aspects of hospital charge capture and entry, charge integrity and charge reconciliation processes They will be supervising 5 Revenue Integrity Specialists. This position ensures billing compliance and accurate charge capture through education, auditing, monitoring of regulatory and coding changes, and analysis of charge-related metrics, with a focus on minimizing revenue leakage and supporting compliant reimbursement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Revenue Integrity experience
• Epic experience required
• Coding certification required: CPC or CCS
• Strong understanding of hospital coding and charge capture workflows- ability to code from a record
• Understanding Medicare pay schedules and bundling rules
