Job Description
A technology company is seeking a Solutions Architect to work directly with enterprise customers to deploy, integrate, and scale its platform in complex production environments. This role blends hands-on engineering with customer-facing technical leadership.The ideal candidate is a strong Python engineer who enjoys implementation, technical discovery, and solving real-world integration challenges across cloud infrastructure, APIs, and enterprise systems. This role serves as the technical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams and plays a key role in shaping the product through field-driven insights.
• Partner directly with enterprise customers to deploy and configure the company's platform in production
• Lead technical discovery to understand customer architecture, workflows, and requirements
• Integrate the platform with customer systems, APIs, identity providers, data sources, and auth frameworks
• Build Python scripts, connectors, or lightweight services for custom integrations
• Guide cloud-based deployments and advise on infrastructure best practices (Azure preferred)
• Troubleshoot deployment and integration issues using logs and system diagnostics
• Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal engineering and product teams
• Create integration documentation and deployment playbooks to enable repeatable rollouts
• Share customer insights to influence product and engineering improvements
• Travel to customer sites as needed for high-impact deployments

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in software, solutions, implementation, consulting, or forward-deployed engineering
• Proven experience in customer-facing, enterprise technical engagements
• Hands-on cloud deployment or integration experience (Azure preferred)
• Strong Python experience in production environments
• Experience working with APIs, data sources, and authentication systems
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across distributed systems
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Clear communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable owning problems end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior forward-deployed or deployment architect experience
• Azure-specific architecture or deployment experience
• Experience building deployment guides or technical playbooks
• Experience partnering with Sales or Customer Success on technical scoping
• Startup or high-growth company experience
