Insight Global is seeking a few Senior Business Analysts to join our client’s team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless delivery of life insurance solutions to customers. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing customer requirements, supporting solution delivery, resolving issues, and maintaining stakeholder communication along with the Architects and client services team. The analyst will work closely with delivery teams, product managers, and clients to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction when implementing the clients IT software into the carrier's environment. Is it expected for this person to be very seasoned within the Life & Annuity insurance space supporting an IT agile environment. Agile/Scrum knowledge is preferred. This individual will be working with the third party carrier's team and the client's team consisting of developers, architects, scrum masters, and BAs. . This role requires some client on site expectations if local to the area or 25% travel if remote. The Technical Analyst supports enterprise implementations by documenting how systems interact across complex client environments. Day to day work includes analyzing integration points, defining system interactions, translating business requirements into technical documentation, and supporting delivery teams throughout implementation. This role partners closely with architects, engineers, and client technical teams to ensure integrations are clearly defined, tested, and aligned with delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in technical analysis, system integration, or enterprise implementations
Experience in insurance technology, particularly Life & Annuity systems
Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations and architecture concepts
Experience working with APIs and data exchange patterns
Working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Comfortable traveling every 6-8 weeks (most likely less) to visit clients in the greater Detroit area
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with JSON/XML data formats
Exposure to event driven or batch integration patterns
Experience supporting QA or testing teams in enterprise environments
Local to or near Livonia Michigan (outside of Detroit)
