Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that solve real business problems at scale. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with opportunities to lead analytical workstreams and mentor junior team members.
You will collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, and business partners to deliver production-ready models and actionable insights.

What You’ll Do
• Lead data science use cases and provide guidance to junior data scientists
• Explore, analyze, and prepare data from multiple sources for modeling
• Build and deploy predictive models using statistical, ML, and AI techniques
• Partner with engineering and MLOps teams to move models into production
• Ensure data quality, model accuracy, and consistent reporting
• Communicate insights using data visualization and clear storytelling
• Work cross-functionally to identify new data-driven opportunities
• Contribute to best practices, tools, and standards across the data science team

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of hands-on ML modeling and End-to-end ML delivery
Lead use cases from data exploration and experimental design through modeling and production deployment with Data Engineering/MLOps.
Strong Python skills with solid grounding in algorithms and production-grade ML models.
Advanced data wrangling/ETL, fuzzy matching, regex, distributed computing/parallelism, and data quality checks.
Masters Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PhD in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related) with relevant industry experience
