This role is critical to daily clinic operations and patient experience, supporting both clinical procedures and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, bilingual (Spanish/English), and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Position Details
Title: Medical Assistant
Location: Boston, MA (North End / TD Garden area)
Schedule:
• Monday – Wednesday: In-clinic (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Thursday & Friday: Remote / On-call (half days)

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
• Obtain and record patient vitals
• Perform phlebotomy and blood draws
• Centrifuge plasma and assist with bone marrow concentrate preparation
• Assist providers during in-office procedures
• Support patient-controlled anesthesia processes
• Prepare and organize MRI and clinical reports
Administrative & Patient Support
• Answer and triage incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and referral partners
• Support clinic operations in a high-touch, concierge-style environment

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications
• Spanish-speaking (required)
• 5+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical role
• Strong phlebotomy experience (blood draws required)
• Experience taking vitals and assisting with procedures
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Associate’s Degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Background
• Experience in personal injury, orthopedic, or wellness clinics
• Familiarity working with law firms or referral-based medical practices

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment
• Confident handling high call volume and patient questions
• Conflict resolution and professionalism under pressure
