Job Description
This role requires building scrum boards and sprints in Jira, leading daily standups, and preparing weekly status reports. You’ll manage customer facing implementations and infrastructure hosting projects, partnering with product teams to translate requirements into actionable plans for engineering and other stakeholders. The position involves cross team coordination, ensuring deliverables stay on track, and overseeing P&L projects, resource allocation, and incoming requests. You will drive execution with minimal oversight, operate in a fast paced environment, and lead multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills are essential, along with a technical background in software development and cloud hosting (preferably MS Azure).

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• CSM & PMP certifications
• Strong background in Agile frameworks, including status reporting, standups, and deliverable tracking
• Proven ability to coordinate across product, engineering, infrastructure, and cross functional teams
• Proficient with Jira for sprint planning and tracking
