Job Description

Experience supporting Epic HIM during a Cerner‑to‑Epic new build and full implementation
Epic certifications in HIM/Chart Correction (Gallery), Coding, Deficiency Tracking, and ROI
Strong understanding of HIM operations, compliance, chart completion, release of information, and coding workflows
Hands-on experience with system build, configuration, testing, and validation
Ability to partner with clinical, revenue cycle, coding, and HIM leadership
Excellent analytical and communication skills

Required Skills & Experience

Experience supporting Epic HIM during a Cerner‑to‑Epic new build and full implementation
Epic certifications in HIM/Chart Correction (Gallery), Coding, Deficiency Tracking, and ROI
Strong understanding of HIM operations, compliance, chart completion, release of information, and coding workflows
Hands-on experience with system build, configuration, testing, and validation
Ability to partner with clinical, revenue cycle, coding, and HIM leadership
Excellent analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with data conversion, mapping, and validation for HIM domains
Exposure to integration points with Epic Clinical applications, MyChart, or downstream coding systems
Experience working in large hospitals or multi‑entity environments
Optimization or post‑go‑live support experience
