Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Technician with prior experience supporting end users in a healthcare environment, ideally with exposure to radiology departments, imaging workstations, and PACS systems. This role focuses on hardware/software support, clinical workstation readiness, and ensuring reliable connectivity for radiology modalities and imaging systems.


Key Responsibilities
Provide hands‑on desktop, laptop, and mobile device support for clinical and administrative users, including radiology staff.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows‑based workstations and peripheral devices in clinical areas.
Support radiology‑specific endpoints such as diagnostic workstations, imaging viewers, voice recognition peripherals, and modality‑connected devices. (Derived from responsibilities such as configuring and maintaining diagnostic workstations in radiology departments)

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of Desktop Support or End User Support experience in an enterprise environment. [Desktop Te...den's Team | OneNote]
Prior healthcare IT experience required (hospital, clinic, imaging center, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook), and common clinical applications.
