Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Lead Application Integration Engineer to join an innovative international law firm client. This individual will be responsible for managing enterprise applications by implementing, administering, and delivering enterprise application solutions. This role will serve as a lead engineer on platform, software, and application implementation projects.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze, design, and implement enterprise applications and solutions. Deploy enterprise software with user personalization to physical and virtual desktops.
• Integrate and support end-user applications (EUA), including profiling, configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting enterprise applications, with familiarity in zero trust or hybrid security environments.
• Identify, research, and resolve application issues. Collaborate with vendors as needed to resolve technical challenges.
• Configure operating system and system-level settings. Manage user, system, and enterprise policies to optimize performance, security, and user experience.
• Monitor application and system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Partner with leaders on the End User Computing (EUC) roadmap; Mentor junior engineers and cross-train IT staff.
This is a full-time position that is local to NYC, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, LA, Palo Alto, San Fran, DC
– in the office 2 days a week.
Compensation
$170k-$180k base salary
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, level of experience, geographic location, education, and consideration of internal equity.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-10 years of application integration or systems engineering experience within a large law firm
• Strong expertise supporting legal applications, including iManage Work 10, Litera Desktop (Compare, Innova, Contract Companion), IntApp Time, and Adobe Acrobat DC
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft enterprise environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, DNS/DHCP, OS customization)
• Proven experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Perfmon, ControlUp, Wireshark, Windows Performance Analyzer)
• Hands-on experience configuring collaboration and virtual desktop technologies, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Hyper‑V, VMware, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Citrix
• Advanced PowerShell and SQL skills for automation, performance tuning, and system optimization
• Experience with profile management and personalization tools such as FSLogix and Ivanti AppSense
• Strong analytical, testing, and documentation skills with a focus on performance optimization and issue resolution
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
