Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Materials Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for executing and leading key warehouse, fulfillment, and shipping activities while supporting the Department Manager with technical leadership, SOP development, and training. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely outbound shipments, safe work practices, and continuous improvement in warehousing efficiency and space utilization. The position also participates in general production work, including exact and repetitive assembly tasks that require strict adherence to procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

-High School Diploma or equivalent
-3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse or closely related warehouse/fulfillment/shipping environment.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy; highly organized and strong with numbers.
Proven capability to learn and apply new
-1-2 years of experience working with ERP systems (experience with Saje would be an asset but not required)
-Must be able to lift and handle packages up to 35 lbs.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience with international shipping
