Job Description
A client in the Cincinnati market is seeking a full-time Sales & Service Associate. We offer a dynamic, fast paced, and supportive work environment where both employees and customers come first. We provide comprehensive, on-the-job paid training, including coaching, licensing preparation, and development opportunities. We cover all costs associated with obtaining your Life and Health Insurance license, including study materials and licensing fees, so you won’t have to worry about any expenses or preparation on your own.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Handle customer service/sales calls supporting a nationally recognized brand
• Identify and recommend additional products to meet client needs through cross-selling and up-selling
• Consistently achieve or exceed established contact center performance metrics
• 10 to 12 weeks of comprehensive, paid training
• Compensation is salary-based with no incentives or commission structure

Required Skills & Experience
• Maximum 5 years of working experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
• Desire to pursue a career in sales
• Must be able to pass a Life and Health Insurance License within 45 days of being hired

• Prior Sales Experience
• Insurance or banking experience
