Job Description

Responsibilities

-Identify root causes of supply and production issues and recommend solutions.
-Coordinate with operations to plan resources and maintain efficient schedules.
-Work closely with manufacturing teams to keep production on track.
-Travel to suppliers (up to 50%) to accelerate critical materials and confirm readiness.
-Provide clear reports on supplier performance, risks, and recovery plans.
-Partner with suppliers to fix issues and improve delivery reliability.

-Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
-Ability to work across teams and build collaboration.
-Good planning, organizing, and prioritization abilities.
-Understanding of capacity planning and manufacturing requirements (MRP).

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelors Degree
-5-7 years of experience within Global Supply Chain specifically with planning
-Experience working in a manufacturing environment
-Comfortable with traveling domestically and internationally 50% of the time.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Six Sigma Blackbelt
-Experience with investment casting
