Job Description
Insight Global is looking to bring on a Construction Superintendent to join the team out of San Antonio, TX. The Super will be responsible for the following:
• Oversee on-site construction activities from project
• Enforce job site safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
• Review and interpret construction duties and schedules
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans
• Maintain the construction schedule and proactively address delays or conflicts
• Communicate daily progress with Project Managers and other stakeholders
• Participate in project meetings, inspections, and walkthroughs
• Ensure work complies with local building codes, permits, and regulations
• Track daily reports, manpower, and site activities
• Identify and resolve on-site issues or conflicts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Ensure timely project closeout

Required Skills & Experience
• Ability to work 8pm-4am night shift
• High school diploma or GED required; construction-related degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in construction or related field
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
• Ability to read and understand schedules, and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality control processes
• Ability to manage multiple people simultaneously
